Shipping & Delivery Information

1. Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to ship orders to most countries within Europe and select international destinations.

Please note:
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
  • Israel
  • Russia
  • United States of America (USA)

Shipping availability and costs are calculated per country. The most accurate options and prices will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Exact shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout after you enter your shipping address—before you complete your purchase.

3.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Timelines can be affected by customs, weather, or carrier volume.


4. Order Processing & Tracking

4.1 Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

4.2 Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

5.1 Outside the EU

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shhhhh.eu cannot estimate or control these fees. Please consult your local customs office for details.

5.2 Within the EU

No additional customs duties or import taxes apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

6.1 Damaged Parcel

If your package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the carrier on a replacement.

6.2 Lost Parcel

If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us at [email protected]. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
