1. Returns

1.1 Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you or a third party receives the goods.

1.2 Return Conditions: Notify us by email or letter. Using our model withdrawal form is optional. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

1.3 Effects of Withdrawal: We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). Refunds use the same payment method unless agreed otherwise, with no extra fees. Deductions may apply if goods show wear or damage caused by handling beyond what’s necessary.

1.4 Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

2. Refunds

2.1 Physical Goods: Refunds are processed according to section 1.3.

2.2 Digital Products & Services: All sales are final and non-refundable, except if the product is defective or download fails due to our server error. By purchasing digital products, you waive your right of withdrawal once payment is completed.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
