DUST 02 embodies the darker, more intense side of fire and transformation. Forged through the ancient raku firing process—where ceramics are heated to extreme temperatures and rapidly cooled in combustible materials—this piece features deep anthracite-toned clay, dramatic cracks, and smoky patterns that capture the raw energy of the flames. Each vessel is a unique artifact, with variations in glaze and texture that tell its own story of creation. The scent, Soft Leather, offers a sophisticated olfactory journey. This oriental-woody blend opens with aromatic rosemary, sage leaves, and a hint of sea salt, unfolds into a heart of thyme, magnolia, and pine, and settles into a rich base of soft leather, sandalwood, musk, myrrh, and tonka bean. Complex and evocative, it fills any space with depth and atmosphere.
Hand-poured with soy wax and a natural cotton wick, this vegan and IFRA-compliant candle burns cleanly for 35 hours. The dark ceramic vessel serves as a striking decor piece long after the candle is finished.
Please note: Due to the raku firing process, this ceramic vessel is not suitable for food contact. Once the wax is spent, the cup can be repurposed as a decorative object for holding jewelry, Palo Santo, or dried botanicals.
